Mark your iCalendars, CK-heads! Louis CK's new stand-up special Hilarious will screen for one night only in select cities. As some of you may remember, Hilarious was the first stand-up film to ever screen at the Sundance Film Festival. This one also has been a longer time coming than most other CK specials (he filmed it in April 2009) because he was trying to get a theatrical release for it. Well, that happened, so now we finally get to see it. For those of you who live in a boring part of the country, the special will also air on EPIX on September 18. But first it will screen September 8 at the following locations:

Austin
7:00 PM screening at Alamo Drafthouse Lake Creek, 13729 Research Blvd., Austin.  Tickets go on sale on Friday, August 27 at 10:00 AM and are available through www.drafthouse.com/lakecreek

Boston
7:30 PM screening at the Kendall Square Cinema, 1 Kendall Square, Boston.  Tickets go on sale on Friday, August 27 at 4:00 PM and are available through the Kendall Square Cinema box office or online at www.landmarktheatres.com

Washington DC

Sorry, Idaho, you are not one of the chosen! Give us something better than some crappy potatoes and then maybe we'll talk. Tickets just became available, so snatch 'em up quick before they leave this mortal coil (get sold out) and you have to watch it on the TV like a regular bum.
